Time To Impress is a comprehensive training program for customer service in gaming venues, delivered online. Lessons use real-world scenarios to explain the unique needs of gaming guests, and together provide an effective tool to ensure your whole team are on the same page when it comes to delivering great gaming service.
Convenient smart learning
Time To Impress courses are delivered online through smart learning network Small Batch Learning, and are charged on a per-user basis. For management, training is easy to implement, with live reporting of staff progress and performance data. For staff, training is accessed from the convenience of their own smartphone – anywhere, at any time.
Club & hotel approved
Time To Impress is currently used by Australia’s top gaming venues, including Wests Group Macarthur, Bankstown Sports, Merivale, Club Marconi and Wyong Rugby League Club – and produced in partnership with CMAA hall-of-famer John Anthony.
