John Anthony needs little introduction. A 50-year veteran of the gaming industry in Australia, John has worked in all areas of the business and is renowned for his wisdom regarding all matters of gaming customer service.
Small Batch Learning is a smart learning network that allows hospitality outlets to train teams on the individual requirements of their service role. In addition to hosting Time To Impress’s paid gaming courses, Small Batch Learning offers free-to-learn beverage service training and has been designed specifically for the hospitality industry – giving operators a powerful tool not just for learning, but also staff communication, team management and, ultimately, business development.
